FEATURES * High power gain * Good thermal stability * Gold metallization ensures excellent reliability. DESCRIPTION NPN transistor mounted in a plastic SOT223 envelope. It is primarily intended for use in wideband amplifiers, aerial amplifiers and vertical amplifiers in high speed oscilloscopes.
